4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from the ordered item, Advanced Castle will:

Replace the product at no additional cost to the customer; or

Provide a full refund, based on the customer's preference.
In such cases, the store will bear all shipping and return costs.
5. Order Cancellation
