3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety products that have been opened or used.

• First aid supplies and medical consumables after opening their original packaging.

• Customized, printed, modified, or specially manufactured products made according to customer specifications.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence after delivery.

• Products with removed or tampered serial numbers, labels, or identification markings.

• Clearance, final sale, promotional, or discounted items unless they are defective.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from the ordered item, Advanced Castle will:

• Replace the product at no additional cost to the customer; or

• Provide a full refund, based on the customer's preference.

In such cases, the store will bear all shipping and return costs.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their orders before shipment or processing begins and receive a full refund.

The store reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• Product unavailability or stock shortage.
